Homes Being Blanketed With Snow Flurries in Dallas-Fort Worth

By Arun Innasimuthu_CML

Yesterday we where out in neighborhoods as the snow flurries where falling softly throughout the morning and afternoon in Flower Mound, Bartonville, Highland Village Corinth and the entire Dallas-Fort Worth Area.

With the temps where below freezing and at the same time joy was dancing around from kids and big kids alike. We where a little giddy over the simplicity of big beautiful snowflakes falling from the sky A time to glimpse up and catch the rarely seen snowflakes in our neighborhoods.

In the coffee shops there was new appreciation for a warm cup embraced into hands of many locals. The kids where looking out the school windows hoping for more snow and maybe you too?

In the midst of kicking off the new year, the snow was a refreshing reminder to reflect on what you really want to accomplish in 2017 and what is most important.

So as you are waking-up this morning, it's 15 degrees and there is still a shimmer of snow on the fence posts across the Dallas-Fort Area, the pool decks are glistening with ice and the sun is beginning to peak into the windows.

Enjoy this morning and all the day has to offer.

Happy Weekend
